‘Hire to Buy’ at Garreg Goch Caravan Park

We’ve recently introduced the ‘Hire to Buy’ Scheme at Garreg Goch Caravan Park. This brand new initiative has been created to give prospective holiday home owners the chance to stay in one of our holiday homes for sale before completing the purchase. Over the course of a weekend or week-long break, you’ll get a feel for the property and will learn if the configuration, size and location is right for you. You’ll also get to meet our team, speak with other home owners and explore the location surrounding our North Wales holiday park.

Booking a break in one of our ‘Hire to Buy’ properties is simple. Call our friendly reception team on 01766 512210 and explain that you would like to stay in one of our holiday homes for the sale. Once you’ve told them what property you’re interested in, they will look at the availability and arrange a convenient date for your stay.

If you decide to purchase the holiday home at the end of your stay, we’ll deduct the cost of your holiday from the total purchase price.

The ‘Hire to Buy’ scheme is a new initiative that allows you to enjoy a stay in our eligible holiday homes for sale, before purchasing the property. ‘Live like an owner’ and spend your days relaxing, testing out the facilities and visiting famous Black Rock Sands, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the park.

Our ‘Hire to Buy’ breaks offer the perfect insight into holiday home ownership in North Wales. They’re a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have, in a relaxed and non pressured way.

One of the benefits of booking a stay through our ‘Hire to Buy’ scheme, is that we will refund DOUBLE the cost of your stay from the total purchase price, if you decide to buy the actual holiday home you stayed in at the end of your break.

No, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase a holiday home at the end of your stay. The ‘Hire to Buy’ initiative has been designed simply to give you the opportunity to ‘try before you buy’. It’s really important to us that you can progress through the sales process at your own pace and feel confident in your decision. Buying a holiday home is a big purchase after all!

Yes, you will be required to pay for your holiday home as you would a traditional break at Garreg Goch Caravan Park. Stays are charged at our standard tariff.
