In addition to pitch fees, there will be other regular expenses like gas, electricity, insurance, and ongoing maintenance costs. The Licence Agreement
Upon purchasing your holiday home, Garreg Goch will grant you a site licence. The site licence is a legal document detailing the rights and responsibilities of both the park owner and the purchaser. We advise all potential holiday homeowners to seek legal or financial advice before entering into this agreement. Coastdale offers license terms of 15 years for used Holiday Homes, 20 years for new holiday homes, and 30 years for Holiday Lodges.
Paying the Deposit and Assuming Ownership
Upon choosing your holiday home, pay the required deposit, typically at least 30% of the final purchase price. After paying the full balance, and once you receive the keys, you officially become the owner. Ensure all your requests and legal obligations, such as gas and electrical appliance testing, have been addressed before celebrating your new holiday home
