We don’t have a dedicated Sales Team at Garreg Goch. Instead, you’ll meet with our park managers who will talk you through the sales process in an honest an open manner. We don’t do ‘hard sales’. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want the sales process to be an enjoyable and exciting experience for all.
When you buy from us the price will include; siting, connection to services, satellite dish (or aerial), gas and electricity testing, steps, CO2 and smoke detection alarms. We often have specific offers that may enhance the sales package – details of these are available on our website.
At Garreg Goch, what you see is what you get – nothing hidden – no false promises – just good old-fashioned personal service from a family business that really does care about people.
We encourage perspective owners to book a viewing and tour our park and available properties. We’ll be more than happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
When you purchase any holiday home from us you will be able to pay the pitch fee by monthly direct debit until the end of the 2025 season. This offer is applicable only to sales completed before the end of October 2024.
A selection of our holiday homes are available to hire as part of our ‘Hire to Buy’ scheme - a brand new initiative designed to give you the opportunity to try out your chosen holiday home before you buy.
Over the course of a couple of days you can experience the accommodation, chat with our team, meet other owners and explore the local surroundings to help you get a feel for what it would be like to own your own holiday home.
We’ll even refund DOUBLE the cost of your holiday from the total purchase price if you decide to buy the actual holiday home you stayed in after your break!
