Refuge & Recycling

Garreg Goch Holiday Park has achieved a Gold David Bellamy Award for past 14 years and we can partly attribute this success to our excellent refuse and recycling policy. Improving bio-diversity and providing good recycling facilities has helped to lower the park’s carbon footprint, so that the impact of the holiday industry in the area is kept to a minimum from us. Other parks do not invest the same time into this aspect of the holiday experience, but at Garreg Goch it is of paramount importance to us.

Inconspicuously placed within a timber enclosure, we provide recycling bins for cardboard, glass, plastic and paper. General Waste also has a generous area, for guests to use. This facility is available for use 24 hours a day and is located right at the centre of our North Wales holiday park, for ease of use on a daily basis. With everyone on board, we can keep our park looking its best for all to enjoy.

Holiday Home Recycling Facilities

We also provide a divided bin in our hire fleet caravans to help visitors to recycle. There are waste bins and dog waste bins around the park to keep the outdoors fresh too.
